About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2005 No. 637

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2005 No. 637 "About state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 44, Art. 4561; 2018, No. 33, Art. 5430; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4934).

2. In 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to provide to Federal Antimonopoly Service reduction of the regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to Regulations on state regulation of rates for services of public telecommunication and public mail service

1. Add Item 16 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The offer on approval of regulated rates (further - the offer) goes to regulating authority by means of the federal state information system "Single Information and Analytical System of Tariff Regulation". In the absence of technical capability direct the offer by means of the specified information system the offer can be sent to regulating authority electronically with use of e-mail, and in the absence of such technical capability - the mailing with the inventory of investment and the assurance of receipt.".

2. Add with Item 16 (1) the following content:
