About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

in the Section to "Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
to exclude line, sequence number 406-32-4,;
Section to "Committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
add in the line, sequence number 406-37-2, of the following content:
"406-37-2. "National Agency on Development of Innovations of "QazInnovations"." joint-stock company;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan":
in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in the list of legal entities, rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares and by which shares are transferred to the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
exclude Item 2-1;
the list of legal entities, rights of possession and uses of the state blocks of shares and by which shares are transferred to Committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
add with Item 7 of the following content:
