Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister – the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2025 No. 87 "About some questions of legal entities with absolute participation of the state, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 36761) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules and selection criteria of independent directors (independent members) in structure of the board of directors (supervisory board) of joint-stock companies (limited liability partnerships) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital, except for National welfare fund and the single accumulation pension fund, approved by the specified order:
add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Selection of independent directors of the International financial center "Astana" is performed according to the Constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the International financial center "Astana".";
add with Chapter 2-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 2-1. Selection of the independent directors who are nonresidents in structure of the board of directors of national managing holding
17-1. The single shareholder (his representative) or national managing holding at the request of the Single shareholder makes search and candidate screen in independent directors, being nonresidents, conforming to the qualification requirements established by the Single shareholder.
