1. Approve the following list of the international commodity exchanges at which acquisition and sale of goods within financing of physical persons and legal entities as the reseller by provision of commercial credit on the terms of the subsequent sale of goods to the third party are made:

1) Australian Securities Exchange;

2) Bursa Malaysia;

3) CME Group;

4) Dalian Commodity Exchange;

5) European Exchange (Eurex);

6) Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing;

7) ICE Futures Europe;

8) ICE Futures U. S.;

9) Korea Exchange;

10) London Metal Exchange;

11) LSE Group;

12) NYSE Euronext;

13) Shanghai Futures Exchange;

14) Singapore Exchange;

15) Tokyo Commodity Exchange;

16) Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange.

2. To authorized body on regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations on semi-annual basis to perform monitoring of compliance of the international commodity exchanges included in the list specified in Item 1 of this resolution, to the criteria established by part one of Item 3 of article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About banks and banking activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 24, 2015 No. 584 "About approval of the list of the international commodity exchanges at which acquisition and sale of goods within financing of physical persons and legal entities as the reseller by provision of commercial credit on the terms of the subsequent sale of goods to the third party are made".
