Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of establishment and payment of increase in fixed payment to insurance pension to persons living in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 18, 2015 No. 249 "About approval of Rules of establishment and payment of increase in fixed payment to insurance pension to persons living in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 13, Art. 1935; 2016, No. 19, Art. 2689; 2023, No. 14, Art. 2438).

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2026.

Changes which are made to Rules of establishment and payment of increase in fixed payment to insurance pension to persons living in the region of the Far North and areas equated to them

a) word in paragraph four "the case specified in paragraph five" shall be replaced with words "cases, the specified in paragraphs six and the seventh";
