Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

The list of separate types and models of military person-portable small arms and cartridges to it which can be received in territorial authorities of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation by federal state bodies, federal executive bodies, the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city of Moscow, the organizations having in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation the right to creation of departmental protection in temporary use, and regulations of providing workers of departmental protection with them, No. 1436 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 30, 1999 "About the special means and firearms used by departmental protection" (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 2, Art. 221; 2024, No. 40, of the Art. 5974) to add with the note 10 of the following content:

"10. For training of the workers of departmental protection allowed to use of weapon, firing from military person-portable small arms military person-portable small arms it is issued to departmental protection at the rate of 1 unit of each type of military person-portable small arms on 10 units of the specified weapon (but at least 1 unit on the division of departmental protection participating in protection of object).".
