1.1. In Article 43.1 after figures "212.4-1" to add figure "212-1.2";

"Article 212-1. Use, import, export, production, wholesale or retail sale of electronic cigarettes or storage with sales objective

212-1.1. Taking into account Articles 299, 305, 306.4, 318 and 322.0.4 of this Code, for use of electronic cigarettes in the places prohibited by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About restriction of use of tobacco products" on streets and in other public places -
