Article 2. At the end of article 3.1.5 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About land acquisition for the state needs" (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 5, Article 376 (volume I); 2025, No. 4 (the book I), Article 315) to replace point with semicolon and to add Article 3.1.6 of the following content:
"3.1.6. Expansion of the state airports (airports) and (or) airfields or construction of the new airports (airports) and (or) airfields".
