About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Enforcement Proceeding"

Article 1. Article 22 of the Law of April 11, 2024 No. ZR-179 "About enforcement proceeding" (further - the Law):
Item of 1 part 1 after the words "through platform" to add 1) with the words "or according to the procedure, stipulated in Clause 10 Laws "About the Public and Individual Notification on the Internet"";
2) regarding 2 words "Items 1-3 of part of 1 this Article" shall be replaced with words "personal account with platform or Items 2 and 3 of part of 1 this Article".
Article 2. Part 1 of article 25 of the Law:
1) after the words "in this Chapter" to add with words "or according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 10 Laws "About the Public and Individual Notification on the Internet";
To add 2) with Item 6 of the following content:
"In case of the notification according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 10 Laws "About the Public and Individual Notification on the Internet", in the terms established by this law."
Article 3. This law becomes effective since January 1, 2026.
