About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Public and Individual Notification on the Internet"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of April 9, 2007 No. ZR-172 "About the public and individual notification on the Internet" (further - the Law):
1. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1) the individual notification - information provided to person according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 10 these laws;";
2. state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2) the public notification - information published on the official website of public notifications of the Republic of Armenia;";
3. to add item 4 after the words "wanted" with the words "and being under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia";
4. declare Item 6 invalid;
5. to state the subitem "an" of Item 7 in the following edition:
"and. in case of physical person - the digital environment created by this person for ensuring access to its personal data and documents, and also notifications on the state services, access to which is provided by means of platform for reliable identification of the personality;".
Article 2. To recognize article 4 of the law invalid.
Article 3. In article 5 of the Law:
1. to exclude the words "and to transfer to person conducting the website" from part 5;
2. in part 8 of the word "person managing the website" shall be replaced with words "agency";
3. add with parts 9-11 of the following content:
"9. If the document be posted on the website together with the public notification, it goes according to the reference placed on the server controlled by the informer.
10. Within two working days after receipt of the text of the public notification it is posted on the website.
