About entering of amendment into the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. Article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of April 14, 1999 No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" to add with part 1.1 following of content:
"1.1. The statement for state registration of the right to purchase of real estate under construction and the rights following from the mixed agreements of mortgage or purchase and sale agreements of real estate and the mixed agreements of mortgage and the documents which are subject to representation in appendix to the statement, provided by part 5 of Article 263 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia with participation of bank or credit institution, authorized to grant mortgage loan, on platform of provision of electronic services of the state register of the real estate. The banks registered on the official site or the credit institutions having the right to provision of mortgage loan in the procedure established by the government submit applications and documents on state registration of the rights and restrictions on property in electronic form to the banks registered on the official site or the credit institutions having the right to provision of mortgage loan. Responsibility for authenticity of the documents enclosed to the application is born by persons submitting documents. In case of contradiction between the documents submitted to the state real estate register and their other copies preference is given to the documents submitted to the state real estate register and which are the cornerstone of state registration of the rights to property.".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from article 1 of this law is accepted within six months after the introduction of this law in force.
