About entering of amendments and changes into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Article 263 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia (further - the code) of May 5, 1998:
1) the first offer of part 4 after the words "according to the procedure" to add with words ", except for the agreements established by part 5 of this Article";
To add 2) with part 5 of the following content:
"5. The mixed purchase and sale agreements of the real estate which is under construction with participation of bank or the credit institution having the right to provision of mortgage loan and the mixed agreements of mortgage or the mixed purchase and sale agreements of the real estate and mortgage can be concluded without notarial assurance if they are stated according to standard forms of the agreements approved by the Government which are not requiring notarial assurance do not contain other conditions and are concluded on platform of provision of electronic services of committee of the inventory.".
Article 2. Regarding the 4th article 299 of the Code:
To add 1) after the words "and also" with the words "about the agreements provided by part 5 of Article 263 of this Code";
The words "to conditions of standard agreements" shall be replaced with words 2) "to standard forms of the agreements which are not requiring notarial assurance";
To add 3) after the words "in agreements" with words "(except for the agreements signed on platform of provision of electronic services of committee of the inventory, provided by part 5 of Article 263 of this Code)";
4) words of "condition of standard agreements" shall be replaced with words "model forms of the agreements which are not requiring notarial assurance".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
