The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 6, 2022 No. 222 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1297, No. 39, Art. 2080; 2024, No. 8, Art. 388; 2025, No. 34, the Art. 2282, No. 87, the Art. 6078), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on assignment of special obligations on subjects of the natural gas market for providing public concerns in the course of functioning of the natural gas market

1. In item 4:

To add 1) in the subitem 5 after words of "residential customers" with words ", the religious organizations";

2) to add Item with the subitem 8 of the following content:

"8) on JSC Ukrnafta - on purchase of import natural gas in case of approach of crisis situation during 2026 at the expense of borrowing facilities for further realization at the price providing full recovery of JSC Ukrnafta of the expenses connected with purchase of import natural gas.".

2. In Item 8-1:
