Some questions of drug circulation, medical immunobiological supplies, blood medicines during the period of warlike situation

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that:

1) within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution:

the statement for medicine re-registration, effective period of the registration certificate on which expired, (expires) during the period of warlike situation and was prolonged for one year, move in the Ministry of Health;

in case of use in case of production of finished pharmaceutical products of substances (AFI) and excipients and packaging materials which are not brought in the registration file on the corresponding medicine corresponding changes are subject to entering by the applicant into the registration file;

production of finished pharmaceutical products with use of substances (AFI) and excipients and packaging materials which are not brought in the registration file on the corresponding medicine is allowed;

2) realization and application of the registered finished pharmaceutical products made and released with use of substances (AFI) and excipients and packaging materials which are not brought in the registration file on the corresponding medicine is allowed before completion of expiration date of such medicines.

3. This resolution becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
