About introduction of amendments to Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2023 No. 1150 and of June 28, 2024 No. 764 and recognition voided Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2023 No. 417 and of December 5, 2023 No. 1276
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 3, 2023 No. 1150 "About approval of the Regulations on the integrated system of electronic identification" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 101, the Art. 6026) and of June 28, 2024 No. 764 "Some questions of electronic identification and electronic confidential services" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 63, the Art. 3762) changes which are applied.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 28, 2023 No. 417 "Some questions of approval of schemes of electronic identification" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 47, the Art. 2569);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 5, 2023 No. 1276 "About approval of the list of schemes of electronic identification" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 5, the Art. 224).
