Bring in Item 3 of the Approval procedure of construction projects and the conducting their examination approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 560 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 41, Art. 1674; 2013, No. 83, Art. 3083; 2020, No. 71, Art. 2266; 2023, No. 60, the Art. 3384), change which is applied.

Change which is made to Item 3 of the Approval procedure of construction projects and conducting their examination

"Project development of construction on capital repairs of internal power utility power systems on installation of hybrid utility power systems (photo-electric modules together with hybrid inverters which are capable to work in the mode, autonomous or synchronous with external network, and energy storage installations in reservoir from 1 kWh on each 1 kW of installed capacity of the generating installation) on objects (irrespective of class of the effects (responsibility) which are on balance (in ownership) public authorities, the state organizations (organizations, institutions), and also the state unitary enterprises, organizations, the organizations relating to the sphere of their management, and economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state the means of the state fund of decarbonization and energy efficient transformation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 21, 2024 No. 761 realized according to the subitem 5 of Item 2 of appendix 1 to the Procedure for use (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 63, the Art. 3747), it is allowed to perform as a part of the defective act in which physical amounts of works, the list of the equipment, materials, the equipment and/or other data, the explanatory note in which conditions of performance of works, and estimate documentation are specified are determined. The decision on amount of the project documentation (about possibility of project development of construction as a part of the defective act, the explanatory note and estimate documentation) is accepted by the customer by results of inspection of construction objects based on the report on result of inspection which is constituted by the executive in charge of separate work types (services) connected with creation of objects of architecture who passed professional certification and has the qualification certificate on the right of performance of works on inspection in construction of facilities of class of effects (responsibility) which are determined by qualification requirements.".
