In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 No. 461 "Question of acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 1359; 2015, No. 78, Art. 2599; 2022, No. 42, Art. 2281; 2023, No. 70, Art. 4065):
1) the text of the Procedure for acceptance in operation finished with construction of facilities, approved by the specified resolution, after the words "" about the state secret " to add operation of the Law of Ukraine with words", and also for warlike situation in Ukraine and within one year from the date of the termination or cancellation of warlike situation concerning objects of critical infrastructure, subjects to defense appointment, to data on which the signature stamp "For office use" is appropriated;
