1. In the subitem "g" of Item 8, subitem in paragraph one 5, subitems 6 and 7 of Item 9 of the Accounting treatment, storage, assessment of the seized and other property which is carrying over the state and the order it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 1998 No. 1340 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 34, Art. 1280; 2024, No. 110, the Art. 7058) to replace the word "MKSK" with the word "Ministry of Culture" in the corresponding case.
2. In the certificate sample on the right of export (temporary export) of cultural values from the territory of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 20, 2000 No. 984 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 25, Art. 1052; 2024, No. 110, of the Art. 7058), the words "Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine", and the words "Representative of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications" - the words "Representative of the Ministry of Culture".
