About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 and of May 2, 2023 No. 451

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 "About approval of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, Art. 3199; 2014, No. 24, Art. 735; 2017, No. 53, Art. 1605; 2023, No. 49, the Art. 2721) and of May 2, 2023 No. 451 "About approval of the Procedure of transfer into Ukrainian of acts of the European Union of acquiscommunautaire and into English of the acts of the legislation of Ukraine connected with accomplishment of obligations of Ukraine in the field of the European integration" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 49, the Art. 2721) changes which are applied.

Item 2-1 in paragraph one § 28-1 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950, of the word of "transfer of acts of acquis of the EU" shall be replaced with words "transfer of acts of the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU)", and the word", transfers of acts of acquis of the EU and acts of the legislation of Ukraine" to exclude.
2. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 2, 2023 No. 451:
"Acts of the European Union acquiscommunautaire" shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and the text of the resolution of the word "acts of the right of the European Union (acquis of the EU)";
