About modification of Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 2007 No. 950 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 54, Art. 2180; 2011, No. 88, the Art. 3199), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 30, 2026.

Changes which are made to Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Item 2 in paragraph four § the 56th words" (further - strategy)" shall be replaced with words ", strategy which are basis for forming of offers on public investments".

2. In § 57:

The name of the paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:

"§ 57. Strategies of development for the respective spheres";

2) Item 1 after the word "Strategy" to add with words "developments of the respective spheres (further - strategy)";

In paragraph seven of Item 2 of the word "for the three-year period" shall be replaced with words 3) "for three years, but no more period of strategy implementation";

4) the first offer of Item 3 after the words "about its approval" to add with the words "and approvals of the operational plan".

3. Add Regulations § 57-1 following content:
