About modification of the Section IV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" concerning non-proliferation of visa requirements for separate categories of foreigners and stateless persons for action of warlike situation
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make to the section IV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 19-20, 179) such changes:
1. State the name in the following edition:
"Section IV. FINAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS".
2. Add with Items 1-1 and 1-2 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that for action of martial law in Ukraine imposed by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX and within one year from the date of its termination or cancellation the requirement provided by paragraph one of part one of article 5-2 of this Law does not extend on:
1) the foreigners and stateless persons (except citizens of the Russian Federation) which arrived to Ukraine for work in the branches and representations of the legal entity formed according to the legislation of foreign state, registered in accordance with the established procedure being receivers of the humanitarian assistance according to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance";
2) the foreigners and stateless persons (except citizens of the Russian Federation) which arrived to Ukraine for the purpose of participation in the international and regional volunteer programs or participation in organization activity and/or the organizations involving in the activities of volunteers according to the Law of Ukraine "About volunteer activities".
