Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About investments in the Kyrgyz Republic" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of August 19, 2025 No. 62) the following changes:
The word "notarially" to exclude 1) in Item 2 of part 1 of Article 5;

"4. Confiscation of property of the investor as measure of restraint for crime execution can be made exclusively by a court decision in the cases provided by the penal legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

"Article 23. Dispute resolution
1. The dispute connected with investments and arising when implementing investing activities of the investor (investment dispute) in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic is allowed by negotiation. By agreement of the parties the investment dispute can be settled by means of mediation or other approved methods of pre-judicial dispute settlement.
2. If the investment dispute was not settled according to the procedure, provided by part of 1 this Article, the investment dispute is resolved in judicial authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic or is considered in arbitration in case of availability of the corresponding written agreement which contains the valid arbitration clause or if this dispute is referred to arbitration according to international treaties of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
Part 1 of Article 33 to state 5) in the following edition:
"1. The foreign investors planning to perform investing activities in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic have the right to undergo accreditation on voluntary basis.".
