About guarantees of social protection of separate categories of judges of courts of the Zaporizhia region

This Federal Law provides establishment of guarantees of social protection of separate categories of citizens of the Russian Federation in connection with acceptance in the Russian Federation and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Zaporizhia region.
This Federal Law extends to the following categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who were constantly living in the territory of the Zaporizhia region for September 30, 2022 or earlier constantly living in the specified territory and left the Zaporizhia region to the Russian Federation including through the territories of the third states:
1) the judges in resignation who were for September 30, 2022 receivers of the monthly perpetual monetary pay appointed according to the legislation existing in the territory of the Zaporizhia region till September 30, 2022;
2) the judges in resignation who had the right for September 30, 2022 to purpose of monthly perpetual monetary pay according to the legislation existing in the territory of the Zaporizhia region till September 30, 2022;
3) persons replacing positions of judges of courts which acted on the territory of the Zaporizhia region for September 30, 2022:
a) the judges who are not appointed to positions when forming according to the Federal Law of April 3, 2023 No. 91-FZ "About procedure for candidate screen in initial structures of the federal courts created in the territory of the Zaporizhia region" initial structures of courts of the Russian Federation or which retired during the period from October 1, 2022 to September 20, 2023 which had no right to purpose of the monthly perpetual maintenance due to the lack of necessary for this length of service;
