1. Bring in the order of the Minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2024 No. 255 "About approval of Rules of determination of the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting and the qualification requirements imposed to it" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 35607) the following change:
in the qualification requirements imposed to the legal entity providing functioning of single system of accounting, approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) passing of accounting registration for provision of payment services in National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan;".
2. To provide to committee on regulation of gaming and lottery of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within three working days after execution of subitems 1) and 2) of Item 2 of this order to provide submission of information on execution to Department of legal service of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
