1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2017 No. 81 "Some questions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
state subitem 17-4) in the following edition:
"17-4) approval of standard regulations on payment terms of work and awarding of leading employees of the national companies, joint-stock companies whose controlling stocks the state, and limited liability partnerships which more than fifty percent of shares in the authorized capital belong to the state owns;";
add with subitems 50-4) and 50-5) of the following content:
"50-4) development and approval of standard regulations on industrial council on safety and labor protection;
50-5) development and approval of standard regulations on technical safety inspectors;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
