About guarantees of social protection of separate categories of judges of courts of the Donetsk People's Republic

This Federal Law provides establishment of guarantees of social protection of separate categories of citizens of the Russian Federation in connection with acceptance in the Russian Federation and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Donetsk People's Republic.
This Federal Law extends to the following categories of the citizens of the Russian Federation who were constantly living in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic for September 30, 2022 or earlier constantly living in the specified territory and left from the Donetsk People's Republic to the Russian Federation including through the territories of the third states:
1) the judges in resignation who were for September 30, 2022 receivers of monthly perpetual monetary pay or the monthly perpetual maintenance, appointed according to the legislation existing in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic till September 30, 2022;
2) the judges in resignation who had the right for September 30, 2022 to purpose of monthly perpetual monetary pay or the monthly perpetual maintenance according to the legislation existing in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic till September 30, 2022;
3) persons replacing positions of judges of courts which acted on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic for September 30, 2022:
