I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of agricultural industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2012 No. 18-02/144 "About approval of Rules of determination of compliance of series (batches) of the veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives and (or) veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives containing antibiotics, hormones and biological stimulators, to requirements of veterinary standard rates" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 7605) the following amendments:
in Rules of determination of compliance of series (batches) of the veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives and (or) veterinary medicines, forages and feed additives containing antibiotics, hormones and biological stimulators, to requirements of the veterinary standard rates approved by the specified order:
add with Items 19, of 20, of 21, of 22, 23 and 24 following of content:
"19. Determination of compliance of series (batches) of veterinary medicines on compliance of the specifications and technical documentation, acquired veterinary medicines for holding veterinary preventive actions against especially dangerous diseases of animals and birds is carried out on control methods on the laboratory and target animals specified in the specifications and technical documentation to veterinary medicine.
