For the purpose of providing favorable conditions for attraction of foreign investments and development of regions, according to article 9 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic", with articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulations on free economic zones Bishkek, Karakol, Leylek, Maymak and Naryn of August 1, 2014 No. 431 the following changes:
1) in the Regulations on the free economic zone Bishkek approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 2:
after the words "creation and development of productions" to add with the word of "tourism";
- in Item 6:
in paragraph one of figure "3" and "hectare" to replace 346, respectively with figures "4" and "346,6208";
add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"-in the territory of the former Western bus station, in the city of Bishkek, on the site Ploshchad 0,5308 of hectare.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
