Item 1 of Article 3 to add 1) with the words "and other regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies in the field of industrial safety";

"Article 8.1. The organization of welding works on hazardous production facilities

1. Welding works in case of construction, operation, reconstruction, capital repairs, modernization, preservation and liquidation of hazardous production facility, installation, adjustment, servicing and repair of the technical devices used on hazardous production facility shall be carried out according to the requirements established by federal regulations and rules of industrial safety proceeding from need of ensuring safe operation of hazardous production facilities and shall not create threat of damnification of life or to health of citizens.

2. The legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and workers performing welding works on hazardous production facilities shall undergo testing of readiness for accomplishment of welding works on hazardous production facilities.
