according to the procedure of payment and rate of charge for implementation of activities for production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Items 2, to exclude 3 words "and retail";
- declare Item 6 invalid.
2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of licensing of separate types of activity" of December 14, 2023 No. 678 the following changes:
in Regulations on the licensing of separate types of activity approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of Chapter 23 and in Items 153-156 of the word "and retail" to exclude;
- in the subitem 12 of Item 156 of the word", retail" to exclude.
