The legal entity provides compliance of the vehicles used for implementation of collection of banknotes, coins and values, to requirements of Rules of implementation of cash transactions and transactions for collection of banknotes, coins and values in banks of the second level, branches of nonresident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National operator of mail and legal entities whose exclusive activities is collection of banknotes of the coins and values approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2019 No. 231 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 19680).";

"18. In case of adoption by the legal entity of the decision to stop implementation of activities for collection of banknotes, coins and values, the legal entity within ten working days from decision date informs on the made decision National Bank in writing in any form or through the web portal of "the digital government" with application of a copy of the relevant decision.";

"Information on the changes and (or) amendments by National Bank made to Rules goes to the operator of digital infrastructure of "the digital government" and Single contact center within five working days after day of official publication of regulatory legal act about entering into Rules of the specified changes and (or) amendments.";
