1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 19, 2022 No. 580 "About some questions of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
Item 15:
add with subitems 33-1), 33-2) and 33-3) of the following content:
"33-1) development and approval of technique of assessment of rating indicators of achievements of organization activity of the higher and (or) postgraduate education;
33-2) development and approval of rules of ranging of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education;
33-3) carrying out ranging of the organizations of the higher and (or) postgraduate education on the basis of technique of assessment of rating indicators of achievements of organization activity of the higher and (or) postgraduate education and rules of their ranging;";
add with subitem 73-19) of the following content:
"73-19) development and approval of rules of activities of the international and foreign educational institutions in the Republic of Kazakhstan and (or) their branches and forms of their cooperation;";
add with subitem 85-1) of the following content:
"85-1) development and approval of rules of carrying out the state certification concerning the military, special educational institutions realizing programs of the higher and postgraduate education irrespective of departmental subordination;".
