About ferro-tungsten export licensing
According to article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 2 of part 1 of article 24 of the Federal law "About Bases of State Regulation of Foreign Trade Activity" and for the purpose of safety of the state and protection of life and health of citizens, the environment, animals and plants the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Within 6 months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to establish unilaterally allowing procedure for export from the Russian Federation out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of ferro-tungsten (from code 7202 80 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) (further - licensing).
2. Determine that licensing extends including to the ferro-tungsten (from code 7202 80 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation, issued according to the customs procedures allowing commodity exportation from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union about day of entry into force of this resolution, and also customs declaring of which was performed with the features provided by Articles 115 and 116 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union or with the features established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on customs regulation according to Item 8 of Article 104 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union, except for the ferro-tungsten (from code 7202 80 000 0 of the CN FEA EEU) which is exported from the territory of the Russian Federation within the international transit carriages which are beginning and coming to an end outside the territory of the Russian Federation or moved between parts of the territory of the Russian Federation through the territories of foreign states.
