4) blogging platform of the first heads of subjects of the quasi-public sector, except for persons with absolute participation of the state (further - the Blogging platform) - the component of the open government providing possibility of the direction with citizens of requests and receipts of answers to them from the first heads of subjects of the quasi-public sector;";
7) and 8) of Item 2 to state subitems in the following edition:
"7) the operator of "the digital government" (further - the Operator) - the legal entity determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which ensuring functioning of digital objects of "the digital government" is assigned;
