1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 21, 2021 No. 24 "About approval of Rules of use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22100) the following change:
in Rules of use of lump retirement benefits for improvement of the housing conditions according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:
2) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"2) introduction of the initial contribution for receipt of mortgage housing loan on acquisition of the dwelling and (or) dwelling with carrying out repair within one agreement of bank loan, partial or complete repayment of principal debt on mortgage housing loan on acquisition of the dwelling and (or) dwelling with carrying out repair within one agreement of bank loan, refinancing of mortgage housing loan;".
2. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Industry ministry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
