1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of power industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 30, 2020 No. 269 "About approval of Rules of holding the auction with use of object of informatization of the operator of electronic auctions on provision of the right of subsurface use on hydrocarbons electronically" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21038) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of holding the auction with use of object of informatization of the operator of the electronic auctions on provision of the right of subsurface use on hydrocarbons electronically approved by the specified order:
in Item 2:
1) to be reworded as follows the subitem:
"1) the poorly studied territories - the territories within which limited regional geological studying by results of which perspective decantation basins were not revealed were not carried out or carried out;";
add with subitem 1-1) of the following content:
"1-1) salesrooms - the Section of object of informatization providing possibility of input, storage and the information processing necessary for holding the auction;";
be reworded as follows Items 11 and 12:
"11. The statement on carrying out is subject to consideration within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of its revenues in competent authority, and the statement to carrying out on the subsoil plot located within the poorly studied territories within 10 (ten) working days from the date of its receipt in competent authority.
After the direction of the statement on carrying out in competent authority for the physical person or legal entity which directed it in object of informatization the current status of processing of the statement by competent authority is displayed.
