About introduction of amendments to the Law on the International free port "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" No. 8/2005

Art. I. - In the Law on the International free port "Dzhyurdzhyulesht" No. 8/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 36-38, 116), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Economic Development and digitalizations" in the corresponding case.

2. In Article 1:

parts (3) and (to state 6) in the following edition:

"(3) the International port is created and functions according to this law.";

"(6) the International port is object of strategic port infrastructure of the Republic of Moldova. For the purpose of complex development of this object the Government transfers to the General investor in superficies the parcels of land on which the International port, on the conditions provided by the agreement of superficies according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova is located.";

part (to recognize 7) invalid;

part (to state 8) in the following edition:

"(8) the Integrated management of frontier on perimeter of the International port is provided with bodies of the public power and public organizations according to applicable regulations. Protection of borders of the International port is provided with the specialized security subjects authorized according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova based on the contracts with the General investor signed by them. The general investor bears responsibility for safety within the territory of the International port.";
