About the state support of separate agricultural organizations

For the purpose of creation of the conditions for increase in efficiency of organization activity subordinated to National academy of Sciences of Belarus, performing activities in the field of agro-industrial production (further - the organizations):

1. Determine that the means of the republican budget which are annually provided National academy of Sciences of Belarus on other nation-wide questions can go the organizations on:

purchase of fertilizers, seeds, remedies of the plants, oil products, veterinary medicines, proteinaceous raw materials, compound feeds, spare parts and other goods connected with production of agricultural products taking into account transportation expenses on their delivery;

purchase of works (services) in repair and maintenance of the machines and the equipment used in agricultural industry, to carrying out sampling and the laboratory analysis of quality of seeds, milk and forages, other works (services) connected with production of agricultural products;

payment of leasing payments.

Means of the republican budget are provided to the organizations in coordination with the Ministry of Finance in the sizes which are not exceeding the actual production expenses at the expense of own means of the organizations and (or) funds of local budgets for the purposes specified in part one of this Item.

On the purposes specified in part one of this Item means of centralized fund of National academy of Sciences of Belarus can be also used.

2. No. 146 "About financing of purchase of the modern machinery and equipment" to add paragraph two of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 with words ", to the organizations subordinated to National academy of Sciences of Belarus, performing activities in the field of agro-industrial production".

3. The personal responsibility for target use of budgetary funds and means of centralized fund of National academy of Sciences of Belarus to assign to the Chairman of Presidium of National academy of Sciences of Belarus.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
