Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

1. In Rules of non-paid providing the medical, educational and scientific organizations subordinated to federal executive bodies, and also the organizations of federal executive bodies in which the Federal Law provides the military and equated to it service, donor blood and (or) its components for clinical use, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 6, 2013 No. 674 "About approval of Rules of non-paid providing the medical, educational and scientific organizations subordinated to federal executive bodies, and also the organizations of federal executive bodies in which the Federal Law provides the military and equated to it service, by donor blood and (or) its components for clinical use" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 32, Art. 4325; 2016, No. 51, Art. 7396; 2017, No. 41, Art. 5978; 2021, No. 5, Art. 841):
a) in the subitem "an" of Item 2 of the word "and having inventory of donor blood" to exclude;
b) state Item 3 in the following edition:
"3. Non-paid providing the organizations receivers with donor blood is performed with observance of the requirements established by the Rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2025 No. 641 "About approval of Rules of procurement, storage, transportation and clinical use of donor blood and its components".";
c) declare item 4 invalid;
