Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2018, Art. No. 7-8, 490) the following change:
the paragraph one of part 1 of Article 140 to state in the following edition:
"1. The state fee can be paid by cash through financial credit institutions and other legal entities, persons under surveillance to National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, or using systems of remote/remote servicing according to the bank law of the Kyrgyz Republic. All payments are made in national currency. Acceptance of the state fee is made with issue of the receipt of the established form or the document confirming payment.".
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
