About change of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 6
According to Item 30 of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), having taken into account information on the approved line item of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on need of modification of Rules of realization of general process "Forming of the collection of the made provisional solutions of customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on classification of goods", the Boards of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of January 14, 2025 No. 6 (further - Rules), the Eurasian intergovernmental DECIDED: council
1. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to make the decision on entering into Rules of the changes providing possibility of accomplishment by the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation of the procedure of accession to general process "Forming of the collection of the made provisional solutions of customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union on classification of goods" not earlier than 6 months from the effective date of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union of the April 11, 2017 including providing introduction of amendments to articles 27 and 370 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Determine that the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 14, 2025 No. 6 becomes effective from the effective date decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission on modification of Rules according to Item 1 of this Decision.
