About procedure for transfer of the amounts of the import customs, special, anti-dumping and compensatory duties
For the purpose of accomplishment of obligations in the part concerning the Protocol on procedure for transfer and distribution of the amounts of import customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action), their transfer in the income of budgets of state members (appendix No. 5 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 (further respectively - appendix No. 5 to the Agreement, the Agreement), and providing continuity and uninterruptedness of implementation of calculations by national (central) banks of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - state members) the Supreme Eurasian economic council DECIDED:
1. Determine that before entry into force of the Protocol on introduction of amendments to the Agreement, the money providing possibility of transfer between state members (in US dollars), the specified in paragraphs one and the fourth Item 29 of appendix No. 5 to the Agreement, in national currency (national currencies) of state members, and also after entry into force of the specified Protocol and before achievement of mutual approval between national (central) bank of one state member and national (central) bank of other state member (if necessary - with participation of authorized bodies of these state members) about transfer of the specified amounts in national currency (national currencies) of state members the procedure for transfer of the amounts of the import customs, special, anti-dumping and compensatory duties specified in Item 2 of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 18, 2022 to No. 1 is applied.
The date specified in the written offer and approved by two national (central) banks of state members is considered date of achievement of mutual approval.
