Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 1194-VIQD of June 28, 2024 "About modification of the Land code of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

To exclude the word of "(grounds)" from the 1st column of the table of part 15 of "Rules of determination of the sizes, borders and use of zones of water protection, their coastal protective strips", approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 56 of March 24, 2000. (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 3 (Book II), Article 244 (Volume I).
3. Add the word "corresponding" before the words "reserve land fund" to the first offer of part 1 of "Inference rules from economic circulation, preserving, protection, rehabilitation and use of the lands subject to radioactive and chemical pollution" approved by the Resolution No. 79 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 1, 2000.
