Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring execution of Presidential decrees of the Azerbaijan Republic No. 425 of June 30, 2025 "About creation of Service of the state protection of the Azerbaijan Republic" and No. 491 of August 29, 2025 "About measures for ensuring activities of Service of the state protection of the Azerbaijan Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
4. In the second part of the Resolution No. 66 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 12, 1999.
