In the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 15, 1998 No. 189 about approval "Regulations on calculation and payment of payments for compulsory national social insurance and benefits paid for the account of the insurer to the workers who temporarily lost working capacity" (The collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1998, No. 9, Article 596 (volume I) to make the following changes:
1. In heading and regarding 1 word to "workers" to replace with the word "insured".
2. In "Regulations on the calculation and payment of payments for compulsory national social insurance and the benefits paid for the account of the insurer to the workers who temporarily lost working capacity" approved by this Resolution:
2.1. in heading to "workers" to replace the word with the word "insured";
2.2. In the text to replace the word "worker" in the corresponding cases of noun with the word "insured";
2.3. In the text (except for the second offer and the second paragraph one of the paragraph of part 4, of the first paragraph of part 43, of the first offer of part 120) to replace the word "employees" in the corresponding cases of noun with the word "insured";
