About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Article 170.7 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses (further - the code) of December 6, 1985:
1) to state heading in the following edition:
Article 170.7. Alienation of excise stamps or labels, or control (identification) signs, or marking of goods illegal the acquired excise stamps or labels, or control (identification) signs";
2) in the first paragraph of the word "excise stamps and (or) labels" shall be replaced with words "excise stamps or labels or control (identification) signs", and in approval of the same paragraph of the word "brand and (or) label" shall be replaced with words "the excise stamp or the label or control (identification) sign";
Shall be replaced with words 3) in the second paragraph of the word "with excise stamps and (or) labels" "with excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs".
Article 2. State article 170.8 of the code in the following edition:
Article 170.8. Alienation of the unmarked goods which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs and the address of the unmarked tobacco products and alcoholic beverages which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs for the purpose of alienation
1. Alienation of the unmarked goods which are subject to marking by excise stamps, labels or control (identification) signs, if total cost of these goods, except for tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, at the alienation prices specified by the seller (in case of lack of specifying, determined according to the procedure, established by the law) does not exceed fifty thousand dram:
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of the seventyfold size of the established minimum wage.
