(b) transformation 500 startup projects in the companies worth more than 1 million US dollars, the 100th startup projects - worth more than 10 million US dollars, the 25th startup projects - worth more than 100 million US dollars;
(c) creation more than 20 thousand new workplaces due to start startup projects;
(d) commercialization of 2 thousand the youth startup ideas, removal is at least of 400th youth startup projects on the international markets.
2. Implement the four-stage ecosystem of startups including forming startup idea, development, start and scaling startup project.
3. Implement step by step since 2026/2027 academic years carrying out at least two times in month of actions "Hour of skill and business" on training in creation startup ideas of pupils of the average special and professional educational organizations, and also pupils 9 - the 11th classes of the general average educational organizations. At the same time:
(a) among pupils the competition "The Best Startup Idea" is held, winners of district level are handed award at the rate to 5 million sum, regional level - to 10 million sum, their projects are followed by Agency on cases of youth and the IT park;
(b) for parents of pupils, representatives of business and scientific community the presentations of projects are quarterly held;
(c) the cooperation with marketpleysa is established and realization of the products created in the educational organizations is adjusted.
