About measures of increase in efficiency of activities of the international airport "Navoiy"
For the purpose of increase in export and transit potential by transformation of the international airport "Navoiy" into the international multimodal logistic hub combining air, railway and land transport connections, and also creating favorable conditions for domestic and foreign air carriers I decide:
1. Determine the main target indicators reached as a result of implementation of the principles of project management at the international airport "Navoiy":
(a) by 2030:
(i) increase in 2, time of number of the flights performed at the airport, finishing them to 7 thousand a year;
(ii) bringing amount of passenger traffic to 150 thousand and amount of cargo transportation to 45 thousand tons per year;
(b) finishing in 2026 quantity of flights to 3 in week on delivery of post and express and commercial loads from the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and China;
(c) in the territory of the airport:
(i) the organization until the end of 2028 of the separate center for maintenance, repair and painting of aircrafts;
(ii) upgrade of the operating warehouse of fuels and lubricants and infrastructure of freight terminal, and also construction of reservoirs with a capacity of 10 thousand tons and new freight terminal in 16 thousand square meters after achievement of complete involvement of the available capacities, proceeding from demand.
2. Approve the offer of the Ministry of transport on implementation of the principles of project management in activities of the international airport "Navoiy" with alienation of International Airport Navoiy LLC from centralized system of operational management of JSC Uzbekistan Airports.
