1) in Article 25.1:
a) in paragraph five of Item 19 of the word "created in the form of open joint stock companies" shall be replaced with words "being public joint stock companies";
b) in the paragraph the second Item 20 of the word "in the organized market of securities" shall be replaced with words "at the organized biddings";
2) in Article 115:
a) in Item 1 of the word "open joint-stock" to replace with the word "economic", "open joint-stock" to replace words with the word of "economic";
b) in paragraph one of Item 2 of the word "open joint-stock" to replace with the word "economic", "open joint-stock" to replace words with the word of "economic";
c) in paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "open joint-stock" to replace with the word of "economic";
d) state Item 3.1 in the following edition:
"3.1. In case of substitution of assets of the debtor by the single founder of economic society or several economic societies the debtor is. Participation of other founders in creation of economic society or several economic societies is not allowed.";
e) in Item 3.2:
