Article 1

Part 1 to add 1) with Item 8.3 of the following content:

"8. 3) the persons petitioning for recognition by their displaced persons, refugees, recognized as displaced persons, refugees or who were granted provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation if they address for rendering free legal aid on the questions connected with provision of measures of social support, recognition by their displaced persons, refugees, provision of provisional asylum in the territory of the Russian Federation or acceptance in citizenship of the Russian Federation;";

2) part 2 to add with Item 22 following of content:
